Overall, I did feel safe staying at the hotel, and I don’t want to make it sound like there was a major problem. That said, the hallway access felt a little too easy, and I noticed staff didn’t seem to check much at night. It wasn’t enough to ruin my stay, but I think tightening that up would make guests feel a lot more secure.

The room looked nice overall, but just a heads up, the bed was way too soft for my liking. I still managed to sleep okay, but I was expecting a bit better comfort. If you’re someone who needs a firmer mattress, you might want to keep that in mind before booking.

We stayed at the Viceroy again and what really stood out was that the team remembered our names and even a few little things from our last visit, which made it feel really personal without anyone making a big show of it, just a really nice easy stay and we’d definitely be happy to come back.

I had a really relaxing massage here and the staff were genuinely friendly, which made the whole visit feel comfortable. It’s a nice place overall, but for the price, I’m not totally sure it felt like the best value.

It definitely wasn’t the cheapest trip, but in my memory it feels like one of those stays where things just went smoothly. For a family break where comfort and ease matter, I’d happily book it again.

I expected it to take longer, but i had it booked in just a few minutes. No weird hiccups, no confusing steps, which is always nice because I tend to jump around and second-guess things when booking. It was quick, simple, and done before I really had time to overthink it.

I’ve also reached out before with questions and got one of those canned apology responses, which just makes it feel like they’re not really listening. It’s okay overall, but I expected a bit more.

I had a really nice time here, especially using the pool and spa. The gym was solid too, and I ended up going earlier than planned one morning after grabbing a coffee. Everything felt clean and easy to use, and the pool was my favorite part after a long day.

Check-in was a really smooth experience. The front desk team was friendly and took care of my room request right away, which made the start of my stay super easy. I really appreciated how helpful they were.
